Best Company for Work Life Balance. Lot of Diversity in term of work and people. Option to move across the teams. This is a place to have a career rather than a short stint job.
Cons
Worst thing is transport, it is real time killer. No camera phone is real killer. Less team engagement and very miser budgets allocated for same. Poor appraisal mechanism for low rung resources. Bargain well before coming, Come at atleast at Assistant Manager.
