Pros

Benefits. Work from home a couple days a week.

Cons

There is so much micromanagement going on it's sickening. They demand far too much "mandatory" overtime. If there is a week you can't do what they ask, your not a team player. God forbid you leave your desk for a few minutes or converse with another teammate, it's like you broke a law. But managers who smoke are outside every hour on the hour. The job demands, workload and expectations they have for their employees is ridiculous. Each week seemed to get worse and worse. Production expectations are way to high especially given the work load. Getting time off is hell. They expect you to know all the days you want off a year in advance and then you still have to fight for the time. I can go on and on. They are apparently known for work/life balance. So not true! This job prepared me for hell.
