      Great experience Quality training in all areas of business Management was wonderful, friendly, and supportive Flexibility

      Cons

      Because it was an internships at times others took advantage of passing along "work" they were unable to complete, this did become frustrating especially when trying to learn in other areas of business.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
