Used to be a nice company to work with but Kandarian is not a nice person
Cons
-Going through restructuring and relocating all their employees. -Lack of communication makes employees feel like they are expendable. -With stock price being flat, MetLife will hasten their restructuring, which means more massive lay off -Very little promotions
