      Great benefits. Moving in the right direction overall since they acquired Travelers Life and Annuity and General American. Moving a lot of jobs to Charlotte NC from across the US.

      Cons

      Will promote from within but very stingy on pay increases when that happens. Will not allow you to skip pay grades when you take a new position.
