Pros
a. You can feel yourself as normal healthy human being in group of people b. If you like working on PPT, you can survive here for next 10 years - You are a Champ!
Cons
a. No Proper Pay structure b. Management is not at all qualified as they sound c. Useless work from US/other regions dumps here d. They have 'Universe of goals' for which an employee have to spend lot of personal time and quite impossible with many. e. No technical knowledge/support from Leads/Top Management. Indian Consultants show off would be more. Just work on PPT, you will be recognized/promoted.
