      Generally stable, comprehensive suite of benefits. Commitment to DEI (which I view as a net positive).

      Cons

      Culture of micromanagement, poor work/life boundaries, lower compensation (for IT) vs other employers, inflexible compensation during negotiations, not especially fulfilling working for an insurance company.
