Pros

Job experience is good.salary quite well,I cannot say it’s bad but it’s okay compared to what’s in the market right now.people are nice in my department i can say.

Cons

Holiday is not paid as like additional money in your salary but it is converted into comp off which a lot of people are asking for money instead of converting it into comp off. The process of operations seems unorganized in everything. From operations up to the management seems everything is unplanned. IT sucks! A lot are complaining about the app or portal but seems they unknowledgeable and cluless in everything even the technical error we experience as well as employee of metlife.a lot of unresolved issued we raised.they just keep on adding option and additional work for verifying the laptop you use but the previous issue you reported are still hanging!

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
