The scope for software interns are fully support work. Minimum to zero software related tasks as promised during interview. Heavy support workload that includes data entry, replying emails , entertaining customers through phone call,screwing product. The list of endless support work goes on, utilizes the whole 8 hours to finish them in order to achieve allocated target. 6 months of internship doing mostly business/support related jobs.
