Pros
It is local to SC county so doesn't require a commute. Salary wasn't bad compared to industry, but this is a dead end if you are looking for career growth and you get NO benefits (do the math when considering multiple offers). The health insurance is free but they do not offer dental or vision and the health insurance is a PPO and few doctors accept it. You end up paying a lot of out of pocket costs.
Cons
Micromanagement, Hostile work environment, not stable (always felt like it was going under), Unrealistic Workload, No telecommuting (only for some). You will be micromanaged and blamed for any failure, which is usually the fault of the CEO. Run away and go find a real company to work for. This place was founded in 2007, but still acts like and calls itself a start up. There is a reason for the fact they haven't grown in almost 20 years - it is due to the practice of over-promising and under-delivering by a know it all CEO that can't read social queues. If you want to be set up for failure - this is the job for you, but I would recommend moving on and finding anything (I cannot stress this enough - ANYTHING) else. There is a promise of bonuses (lies) and there are absolutely no benefits besides a crappy PPO United plan so good luck finding doctors. There is no 401k or retirement. No work/life balance. No diversity. No values. There isn't even an HR department to talk to when you should've been paid 3 days ago.
