      Pros

      There isn't any pros, but the work location is quite nice

      Cons

      zero colaboration with toxic and gossip culture. The team is very old age and use extremely outdated methods. This is an agency that does the boring work for corps, and these are thanks to publicis group, otherwise metadesign wouldn't survive.

      Pros

      Good place to get solid agency experience. Perks are like normal agency, friday drinks, some dinners, etc.

      Cons

      Not enough new work or new business, especially with better known brands.
