Worst exp . No work-life balance. Worked on sat-sun very often. No system only messy environment. No overtime money, no good wifi. people use personal internet for office work. No wfh , internet, leave sys, ac etc. No appreciation for performanc. You must beg for your appraisal as nobody remembers when you joined ! Only blame game in crisis. Pathetic office environment. Don't join if u want for healthy work culture.
