lot of politics, founders are not keen to implement basic processes like .usage of digital communication channel like skype for business, slack or ms teams.. creating whatsapp group for work is very unprofessional. All projects are always in crisis, so you are always expected to be working late/ over weekend.. even if you successfully do something,,no appreciation at all..just blame for the delay. pathetic atmosphere.. All +ve reviews are fake. save yourself.
