This is the place for you if you’re willing to invest years of your career working at a company just to be ruthlessly laid-off “effective immediately” with no severance and have HR look you in the eyes and tell you that “we don’t have space for your skillset” regardless of how much work you’ve put in and your clients relations that you’ve spent years building.
Cons
They will use every excuse to not give you more compensation. This company grew way too quickly and could not handle the growth and I am pretty sure that it will go back to being a 20 person company by the end of next year.
