      The major con has overshadowed all pros.

      Cons

      This contracting company does not pay its employees. They draft contracts for payment processing every 60 days! Start saving now or find another Contracting company.

      Pros

      Started as an entry level consultant and moved into product management. Great three years of learning and working hard. Many opportunities for work and develop. Real life MBA.

      There were no cons. Clear expectations and opportunities available.

      No benefits from the company. Pay is bare minimum, Staff is good though.

      Not much salary growth , no promotion..
