The company culture is a right mix of corporate and start up, practicing the best of both worlds. If you are planning to work here, be prepared to get used to a high energy work culture and a lot of intelligent co-workers. In terms of growth, Metadata offers a very highly rewarding career progression path with no glass ceiling (whether it be technical or non-technical roles). If you are starting out your career in this company (as I did), I would highly recommend Metadata.
