Metadologie is an absolute nightmare to work for. If you value your career and mental well-being, steer clear of this company. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. To start with, the management has no regard for its employees. Policies are changed on a whim, with no prior notice, and they don’t hesitate to alter agreements to suit their convenience. In my case, my promotion, which was promised, was delayed for six months due to a sudden "new policy"—a policy that wasn’t even properly communicated to us in advance. The compensation is laughable, especially for those who put in the effort. Despite being given responsibilities comparable to senior roles, my salary was far from what should be expected at this level. The salary structure is completely out of line with industry standards, and even the so-called “promotions” come with zero tangible benefits. Favoritism is rampant in the workplace, with senior members showing blatant partiality towards certain individuals. The team dynamic is terrible, and no one helps anyone out. Juniors are left to fend for themselves with an overwhelming workload while management offers zero support. To make matters worse, the senior leadership—tech leads, project managers, and other seniors—speak to juniors in an incredibly blunt, condescending, and disrespectful manner, making the work environment toxic. You will be expected to work long hours, often with no guidance or help, and your efforts will go unrecognized. There’s no room for career growth here unless you are part of the “favored” group. It’s clear that the company cares more about ticking boxes and meeting deadlines than actually investing in their employees or their development. In conclusion, Metadologie is a place where respect, fairness, and career progression are non-existent. If you're considering joining, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'll regret it if you stay here for too long.
