Pros
Lots of potential if this place ran under new management. Good on-the-job experience. Quitting a place has never felt so good. Pay can be decent. Profit sharing is nice.
Cons
Employees are overworked with too much responsibilities, and often forced to work 7 days a week for most of the year. Unless you kiss butt or an engineer, you are not likely to be treated well or with respect. Very poor management skills and no chain of command. Intimidation is used a lot to get things done in a very unrealistic timeline. These are family owned businesses where family is valued over other employees and put into positions they are not qualified for.
