Great Company - Inventory Manager Metallix Refining Employee Review

production floor is made up of men who are responsible hard working fellas. Zero drama and the management is the best I’ve ever worked for. Free snacks and drinks a daily basis. They also cater to the employees like once or twice a week. Awesome work place. I would recommend them to any hard working gentlemen. Benefits are also decent.

It’s extremely hot in there. The summer time is the worst time of year to work.

Metallix Refining is a company that truly cares about its employees. From when I started over 15 years ago, I knew this was the company I would finish my career with, I found my home. What stood out most to me from the beginning and still to this day, is how Metallix, through its open communication and open door policy, respects each employee's input and talents. Upper Management values the assets of each employee and empowers them to improve their jobs, bring their suggestions forward and become the best they can be. Of course, compensation and benefits matter to everyone. Metalix generously recognizes through salary, raises, 401K and bonuses, each individual and their efforts. Plus, they offer a comprehensive benefits package. Finally, I know it sounds cliche to say that you that you are part of a larger family. But honestly, I feel that each employee at Metallix Refining is part of my family and that we care for one another, cheer each others successes and build each other up to reach even greater heights.

The biggest con to me is that I did not come to work for Metallix Refining earlier in my career.
