A fantastic team that helps us to grow, that always takes into account the well being of everyone, and whom we can really trust. The founders of Metalshub are always ready to listen new ideas from everyone, and are always available to help, even with just a friendly word. A very pleasant place for working, with leisure spaces where we can play kicker, darts and socialize. I recommend Metalshub 100% as a place that respects our needs, that helps us in our professional development, and that shows us that unity is strength, and that a job can be taken with joy and still be productive at the same time. Metalshub is a company that truly cares about people.
Cons
The only downside I can point is that as Metalshub is a start up, staying in the company under contract is not so easy for trainees. However, with effort, dedication and persistence everything can be achieved, and Metalshub always gives you all the opportunities and tools to achieve your goals.
