Pros

"There are plenty of one-on-one mentorship opportunities. If you ever feel lost, all you need to do is ask—someone will be there to guide you. The schedules are very flexible if you communicate your needs. There are also many opportunities to work in different environments if you enjoy exploring new areas.

Cons

ne downside is the long commutes, which aren't clearly communicated during the hiring process. When I started, I had no idea I’d be driving up to 250 miles a week to reach various contracted work sites. Additionally, schedules and caseloads can change without notice. For example, you might be scheduled for four drive-on sessions, but suddenly have five added to your day without being asked or informed in advance. There’s also a lack of transparency around pay ranges—new hires can sometimes start at the same or even higher rate than more experienced employees.

Pros

The truth is the company and the CEO truly care. She cares about her staff and her clients. We are encouraged to grow, suggest change and embrace teamwork. I have never worked for a company that truly cares, that pays you even if your kiddo cancels, and that truly is always thinking of ways to appreciate staff. Open door policy.

You can’t make everyone happy.

We also understand your concerns about client interactions and compensation structures. While client-related challenges can sometimes affect performance-based bonuses, we always aim to be fair and transparent. Our base pay rates of pay prior to bonuses are in line with similar companies (public and private sector) and our policies regarding client cancellations support eligible staff to receive bonuses.
