Working within the education and psychotherapy sector for over 20 years, with many years experience working in various Higher Education establishments, this has been the best place to work so far. I have found this organisation rewarding, enhancing and compassionate to staff and students. a strong commitment to advancing the profession and providing quality learning experiences for trainees and an environment for growth and development for staff where empathy and respect is paramount and offered in abundance. London based rather than national, which reduces the opportunity for therapists and trainees to experience such quality provision to enhance their practice, although the use of hybrid courses is improving this.
