Business outlook
Pros
Developers are technically very good and very good to work with. Work atmosphere is very good, workout room, showers on-site. Nice building.
Cons
Technology used is over 8 years old. No new development in sight. Lots of turnover. Agile development model with 2 week sprints not workable. Top management has little experience with product development and have no idea how to move the company forward. Current product successes is a testament to the developers... in spite of the incompetent management. Recent new CEO has only made things worse. No direction.
