Pros

-Experts within the digital marketing/ad technology space. -Both founders provide hands on guidance on a daily basis regarding candidate strategy/recruiting approach -Candidate leads are distributed every week from LI/Website -Uncapped commissions and ability to make six figures within a year -Ability to eventually manage client accounts -WFH Fridays -Summer/Winter company outings -Happy Hours -Casual environment -Office is Bart accessible

Cons

-As a young company the challenge has been to establish processes, but new clients are added on a monthly basis for Sr. Recruiters to manage and there is never a shortage of things to do. -We also have an office in Denver now and the challenge has been to effectively communicate between offices. Slack/Phone calls has been the primary tool

Pros

Working at Method Recruiting has been an overall positive experience. The founders are great and really foster individual growth. The founders + Sr. Recruiters are there to mentor and help you if you have any questions along the way but eventually you have ownership of all your processes/candidates. The team is small but growing! We had new clients/jobs almost weekly with markets in NY/SF/Denver/Austin. The jobs scope falls within digital marketing, analytics, and other creative fields which made working on them interesting. *There’s potential to make a LOT of money through commission. * Not a “quota-driven” type of company, you don’t have to make 80+ calls a week to make good commission *Flexible-WFH Friday’s & Unlimited PTO *BART accessible * Welcoming & friendly team! *Casual work setting

Cons

-The training process is still being developed, considering they are a smaller company. But learning as you go is important to your success. (Don’t be afraid to ask a ton of questions!) - Commissions are well worth it but can take a while since pay is 1x a month.
