      Pros

      The people are what make this place. Benefits are decent. Management was the best while I was there. Nice physical building top to bottom.

      Cons

      Studer exercises were distracting. The cafeteria was kinda pricey. It's a smaller hospital, so it is tough for them to compete with salaries.

      It’s a great place to work. I WFH. The pay was decent. The benefits were really good and the price of benefits was good.

      I do not have anything bad to say about this company.

      Low census for ED. Self scheduling. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Lower pay but fair trade off for low volume. Management doesn’t listen to staff for feedback before making changes. They micromanage everyone.
