Pros
Looking back now I realize how much this place shaped my career. The founders, managers, and coworkers genuinely care about guest experience and keeping things new and exciting for our guests, and that showed in everything we did. I love how they always referred to our customers as guests. The attention to detail, the constant innovation, the refusal to let things get stale. Taught me so much about how I should be designing menus today and how I think about hospitality and healthy eating. Julie, the main founder, whose experience the product was based on, was very generous with having my team go through the product experience. I now know what true healthcare looks like, having now worked at several other establishments since I left. Thanks for all the growth opportunities. Letting me create and test recipes was a big step for my career and learning. That's honestly really rare, especially from founders who could have just kept things rigid. Shout-out Julie Stephen for being the kind of leaders who actually invested time in us, taught us decades of learning, instead of just managing us. The time you spent teaching, correcting, and pushing us to be better didn't go unnoticed, even if I didn't fully appreciate it back then. LOL To all of my girls and boys in the warehouse and kitchen, thank you so much! I miss you guys! The camaraderie we built during those daily stretches and huddles was something special. Miss those moments more than I expected. Hope you all are doing well and crushing it wherever you are now. A lot of my success today comes directly from what I learned here. Really grateful for the foundation this place gave me.
Cons
Always out of fridge space! I hope you guys expanded more now and filled it with walk-ins!
