Pros
There is a genuine concern for individual employees. An employee has the opportunity to provide meaningful input into the company. For the most part you are working with some of the best people in their field and that has its own benefits.
Cons
The pay is average, not top dollar but not in the dustbin either. Benefits actually below par with companies of comparable size. They are no longer a startup, so startup benefits don't cut it.
