Pros
Definitely has a very good work culture. Joy Colluci is by far the best CEO I've worked under and she really does make the effort to make sure each employee feels valued and welcome in the company, something very rare in government contracting. Senior management and HR are fantastic. Beyond that, most of your experience is going to be defined by the contract you're working on, which admittedly makes up at least 50% of the quality of the work environment. But overall, Metis is a great company to work for.
Cons
Pay and benefits are decent, but nothing great. Pretty much par for the course with government contracting, but it's not bad by any means. They do their best to take care of employees during budget cuts, but ultimately the depth of their work is still somewhat limited, so they're may not be as many opportunities to stick with them should the contract get a funding cut.
