      Management is doing politics, and the old employees are not accepting the new employees, and they are trying to downgrade the team mates

      Pros

      Inclusive, transparency, open door policy for any and all suggestions, complaints without retaliation. Pay is higher than most.

      Cons

      You have to give blood, sweat and tears to advance. They say that there is always room for advancement but after 9 years I'm in the same position. I am good at what I doubt I am also a body they don't want to loose.
