Pros
I liked the creative team and got direct feedback on my work that I found helpful. I didn't experience stress or drama similar to other agencies I'd worked at. Never felt overworked. Ramsey County is a big client of theirs and it was rewarding to create work that was helping the community.
Cons
Metre is a small agency growing quickly so they're having trouble managing the high quantity of work. Overall this didn't bother me that much, but because of that things weren't very organized. Direction on a lot of projects can be vague. Pay was ok but not great.
