Pros
All the people I've met with Metrea have been personable, friendly and helpful. Our Team is made up of highly skilled, subject matter experts who provide an exceptional training environment for the US Army pilots from individual student logistics to in flight and classroom instruction.
Cons
Our headquarters is not colocated with our training site, so I feel that from upper level management to the owner of the company don't really "see" the quality of service we provide. It's difficult to read a report and "see" what we actually do day in day out. Our immediate manager does see our work and does his best to convey our commitment to a "Job well done" in his reports, emails and phone communications with our next tier manager .
