      Pros

      If you were frequently punished as a child or enjoy abusive relationships, this is the place for you. This is a seriously toxic environment.

      Cons

      Very suspicious dog-eat-dog environment. Owner is a tyrant who calls and yells at people frequently. Coworkers will sacrifice you to save themselves. No one is successful for long.

      We are so sorry that your experience with Metrica was traumatizing. We obviously were not a good fit but having said that, we will look into the issues you brought up and address them accordingly
