Pros
Metrica was a good place to work but not very open to changing things. People generally worked long hours, more than what was listed on the job description. People were fun and I learned a lot but you had to ask for things or wait for them. Not much anticipation or team-building outside of a few events. Training was formal and formulaic, and you did not have many chances to learn about others' efforts until a quarterly meeting by the company. Almost everyone is English despite such a global clientele. Upper management also makes it clear what is their area of focus and what you need to stick to. Good growth potential but within your team usually. Early Fridays every month were good and they usually involved alcohol destinations.
Cons
Little information sharing other than a quarterly meeting and closed door meetings. Little exposure to clients.
