team oriented work environment - friendly interactions between employees relaxed and positive environment - there is sense of purpose performing your everyday duties open and honest communication - feedback from employees treated as opportunity for growth cooperation, support and empowerment - sense of camaraderie and support compassion, respect and understanding - employees are treated with care and compassion
Cons
would be nice to see even more emphasis on life and work balance more opportunities for facilitating social interactions, eg. team building days :)
