      Pros

      Manager Matthew Webster is amazing to work under. Being a small company means a lot of exposure to different arears in the business. The peoples are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Lower Pay and not a lot of bonus option.

      President of the company is not professional. He will scream at employees depending on the mood he is in that day.
