Highly supportive coworkers Dog-friendly office Ability to flex hours and work from home Coffee delivery days Casual attire welcomed Fun office parties I couldn't have worked here for as long as I did without the amazingly supportive group of people I found here.

Work environment full of gas lighting and passive aggressive behavior is becoming the status quo. Less respect in employee-manager relations. Staff allowed by managers to treat their coworkers as staff not coworkers. HR seems to care more about protecting managers and company rather than it's employees. Worsening sexist and misogynistic behavior throughout Metro. Eager to hire employee relatives instead of qualified candidates or current staff for new positions. No Title IX training implemented despite claims of harassment in the workplace
