      - company structure is flat - easy to talk to people at all levels - great work life balance - good management - engagement efforts and clear action has been taken to listen to employees and implement changes - benefits are good - people are really great - stable company!

      management is trying to evolve into providing a better work environment, but it is very half hazard....

      Cons

      - very poor communication and extremely confused leadership. - like to think they are good at work/life balance, but in truth are not - you need to be part of the "cliche" group who have all been friends for years
