Pros
- a lot of busy work that makes the time go by quickly - an apparent satisfying benefits package that I never got because I'm part time - vacation time for full timers - a lot of hours - the food from the hot case is pretty good to buy for your breaks - they pay you for the first 15 minutes break you get - potential for up to $25/hr CAD
Cons
- my supervisor abused us verbally but there was nothing we could do because the chain of command - customers are snobby and rich - management would rather make a rude customer happy than an employee - it's kind of depressing being trapped in a grocery store all day - upper management would come in every now and then and criticize how I do my job for no reason - no discount whatsoever
