      Pros

      Friendly team, nice work culture, management very protective of work life balance.

      Cons

      Opportunities to progress don’t come up often. Not really a trainee mortgage advisor role as advertised as the frontline team never deals with mortgage applications. No opportunities in the business to sell protection either so the role is very niche within the industry.
