Thanks for sharing you experience with Metro. I'm glad to hear you would recommend us. It terms of booking a shift, one of the flawless with our system is that it doesn't indicate to staffers the numbers of roles available per booking. We can get 30 staff applying for 1 role or 5 staff apply for 20 roles. We will do our best to keep up the good work.

Pros

You will learn a lot from the Chef Owner, from cost control, to menu planning. Pop ups, competitions, he knows how to plan. Working under Petro was one of the best things that has ever happened in my culinary life.

Cons

Not many, but depending where you're hired into, you may not have as much interaction with Petro. And Chef Petro is the reason I worked there as long as I did. Once he wasn't around as much, and I stopped learning; I got sorta burned out. I was fired, I guess it showed in my work.

Pros

This job gave me the opportunity to be at elite London events like a corporate party held at the British Museum, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 2 premiere party hosted by Stylist Magazine, and the Save the Children Centenary Gala. One of the venues I often worked at (Landing 42) also has the best views of the city and sunsets.

Cons

I realized I was missing about £200 from my paychecks and it took several weeks to get the money.
