You will learn a lot from the Chef Owner, from cost control, to menu planning. Pop ups, competitions, he knows how to plan. Working under Petro was one of the best things that has ever happened in my culinary life.

One of the venues I often worked at (Landing 42) also has the best views of the city and sunsets.
