Pros

-Team: leadership has done a really good job of putting an awesome team in place who make working here fun. There is a clear sense of family at Metro Offices, not just because it is a family business but because the team is so quick to support you. -Promotes within: if you are an exceptional employee and there is an opportunity available you will absolutely be considered for a management position. Like most things in life, you get what you put in. If you are a performer and self-motivated you will be rewarded. Hard work is always recognized and acknowledged. -Leadership: woman owned- Kathlene is a true leader, treats her team with warmth and respect and always giving kudos when due. Korie, Lee, and Elizabeth truly care about the employees here and want them to succeed and do well. They are open-minded, helpful, fair, and will never treat you like a "worker" but as a valued member of the company. - Good perks and benefits: health and dental insurance, PTO, dress code, awesome locations- cool design, free coffee and tea, fun monthly events -Clients: one of the biggest perks of the job is the clients you get to work with, it is so valuable to meet people from so many different backgrounds in so many different fields

Cons

Not the place for someone who needs constant hand holding and managing- the type of person who will excel at Metro Offices is a self-starter and a go-getter.
