Excellent stability among key talented staff, long term President, CFO, HR Director, IT Director, Construction Manager and Accounting team. This longevity speaks to the quality of the company and its ethical business culture.
Cons
In the past five years the size of our company has doubled. This has created growth challenges for all departments. Striking the correct balance between on boarding new employees into our organization while at the same time recognizing our existing employees excellent work will continue to be an area we strive to improve.
