Pros
Build experience is sales while learning how to handle challenges in customer support. (change plans, add a new line, pay the phone bill)
Cons
The job is very demanding and most managers will push you to the limit. There is no respect for employees and if you decide working at this company be prepared to get yelled at multiple times during the day. Also, whenever a customer is disrespectful or intolerant you are not allowed to speak or even give your comments or opinion. This was the most awful experience in my entire life.
