Pros

They take utmost care of their employees well being. I was a new joinee and a new mom at the same time but they granted me complete wfh when they needed a wfo employee for CS. A very supportive manager and Hr team. Lovely atmosphere in office, somewhere you would look forward to go everyday. People here prefer to indulge in varities of food rather than politics.

Cons

Why would one have anything negative to say when we are enjoying flexibile work hours, wfh opportunities and awesome colleagues all at the same time.

Pros

I've had a really positive experience working at MetroGuild. The culture here is very supportive and collaborative — everyone is approachable, including the founders. I’ve always felt like my voice was heard, and my ideas were taken seriously, even as someone early in their career. One of the biggest highlights has been the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work. You don’t feel like just a cog in the machine. Whether it’s product development, backend logic, or interfacing with other teams, there’s always something interesting going on — and you’re trusted to handle it. The team is smart, motivated, and genuinely nice. I’ve learned a lot just by working closely with others and being part of discussions that actually shape the product. There's also a healthy emphasis on work-life balance, which is rare to find in fast-paced environments.

Cons

Like any startup, things can move quickly and sometimes chaotically. There were moments when priorities changed on short notice, or documentation was missing, and I had to figure things out on the fly. That said, I also see this as part of the learning curve in a startup environment. Also, some internal processes (like onboarding or performance feedback) are still maturing. It’s not a big issue, but if you're coming from a large organization, you might find that structure a bit lacking.
