Good managers that work in the office, good schedule, benefits
Cons
confusing, poor changing systems, training on it is poor and will cause more issue than the old system; no communication from higher ups especially directors and higher. Its hard to get clarity on anything until you find out by making and being called out by mistakes. No growth opportunities, managers and supervisors will derail you getting any promotion opportunity cause they dont want to lose you. This department does not get as much flexibility to work from home as others who just need a computer to work. Those that do have the privledge to work from home, they dont do anything.
