Please be aware that this company, although well intended, is very disorganized and has had a drove of people leave recently as a result. The management style among the influential people from the very top down is that they'd rather stick with old ideas then innovate or let anyone else meaningfully contribute, leaving anyone who is looking for a real challenge to find one, only it will be to find a way to get your ideas heard, considered and implemented. They don't have the answers themselves but also don't trust their internal staff's informed decisions, so there's a logical component missing. It's systemic there. Showing up with proof of a sound business plan still leads to no advancement, and that's why they can't get their membership numbers up. There are all sorts of bad things happening there at the moment and you'd be well advised to tread cautiously if offered a job there. If you respect yourself and are looking to not be run out of your next job from stress, keep looking.
