Pros

I've worked in Customer Service for a few years there. They make the quality guidelines impossible to meet. They make all the other metrics very difficult to meet. The management there is very incompetent and do not treat employees fair. Also the management doesn't have a clue what it's like to be a Customer Service Rep and be on the phones with all of their high standards and when it gets very busy nobody from management will jump in and help the rep's with actually taking phone calls themselves to reduce the amount of calls coming in. Instead they go into the Managers office and joke around and continually ask "what are the calls about?" but won't take the initiative to get their duff and get on the phones and find out. Also the reason why non of the customer complaints get resolved is management won't give the rep's any time off the phones to research issues and resolve problems so all the customers keep getting told they'll get a call back yet nobody calls them back. The pay is very low for the industry and raises are a joke, they are less than the cost of living increases.

Pros

Free cable, internet and phone. The insurance wasn't so bad either actually.

Cons

The customer service manager Tony was and still is rude and cruel. He plays head games with his employees, he says hurtful things to them and does nothing about lewd comments, as he is one of the people involved in making some of them. The pay is terrible, they do not have worth while incentives to keep their staff happy, whom are already abused daily by the customers, never mind the management in place to help and guide them. Whenever something happens or needs to be followed up on, you can always count on a snarky rude email coming from managers about protocol. Avoid applying there, apply somewhere else where the manager doesn't call the lady in the office "Glory Hole". I got out of there, anyone left behind should too before it destroys them.
