      The team that I worked with were the reason for much of my happiness and success.

      No real development opportunities within the existing company structure as most new roles were based at the Head office in Gauteng

      Pros

      You get to acquire a lot of skills because the company allows you to learn from other departments.

      Cons

      Pay disparity like you have never seen. The ethics at management level leave a lot to be desired. Favouritism, Bias, bullying, threats and intimidation are a norm here. Not a good place to work.
