Pros

- Great work / life balance. Despite lots of work, you never feel forced to work beyond the normal hours. - Lots of experience. Many of the employees have worked 15 or 20+ years with the company. Coupled with that, lots of team chemistry. Everyone knows each other and has worked together a long time so things run very smoothly. - Excellent work environment. There's almost no office politics, everyone is a team player and helps each other out to deliver. Sometimes it feels more like a family than an office. - Recently, company was acquired by Stratify Aerospace, which is a big positive as the company is now US-based again. Due to this, the company is currently full-time remote although there are plans in the works to get office space. - HR is great and really works with you to help support you. -Very friendly and welcoming to new-hires. Lots of support to help get you up to speed with the work. -Stable work environment. There's not a lot of crazy changes to the overall plan as management does a good job organizing and streamlining the work for you.

Cons

- No or very limited upward mobility. Likely, people working over you have done it for over a decade and so you very unlikely to advance your career through promotions here. - You'll probably make less money here than you would other places for the same work.

Cons

My journey has been predominantly positive, but some challenges have come: Staffing Challenges: The demand for our services has grown exponentially, and existing resources have a noticeable strain. Managerial Overload: Amid growth, it's evident that our managers are handling an overwhelming load. Their plates are full, and at times, this can lead to delays in decision-making and a lag in addressing team concerns.
