Kapil’s decisions often lack direction and clarity, showing a lack of basic leadership skills.Favoritism and office politics are deeply ingrained here, with promotions and recognition tied to personal connections rather than performance or skill. Job security is virtually nonexistent. Hiring and firing happen suddenly, with no proper communication or justification. Many employees, even those just starting their careers, are constantly looking for an exit. Even initiatives like Code Jam add no real value—they are nothing more than distractions designed to create the illusion of innovation. If you’re a fresher or experienced professional, think carefully before joining.
